Do you ever talk with loved ones who have crossed over? If not, give it a try! I had a good talk with my Mom awhile back – guess you could call it a long distance call, as she crossed over a couple of years ago. But that hasn’t diminished our connection at all. In fact it has enhanced it, because in crossing over, the facalties Dementia had stollen were restored.

I had one 20 years ago.
I can hardly believe 20 years have passed since I published my 1st book Relief Beyond Belief; Exploring the World of Natural Healing. I will never forget picking copies up from my publisher, while a song on the radio sang, “Some people wait a lifetime for a moment like this.” I savored that moment, knowing how special it was.
It was scary to write this book, I had to over-ride my inner critic arguing that, ‘who are you to write a book?” Then can the even harder part, promoting the book! Sharing my message via public speaking was as terrifying for me as it is for most, but I refused to let it stop me. I booked a hypnosis session and it went away – imagine!
That in itself freed me for awesome experiences like hosting and producing a TV talk show (despite having no experience, winning Toastmaster competitions, and becoming perfectly comfortable speaking before an audience.
Becoming an author was such a dream come true for me. It also changed the direction of my career and my entire life with it’s spin-offs, the Relief Beyond Belief tv talk show and magazine. All because I didn’t give into fear (tempting as it was!)
This has been SUCH a good life lesson for me. There will always be fear in the face of something new. But beyond the fear is the magnificent knowing that you are the creator of your reality.

“I am very happy with my family, I love them all so much! I want to help them with things they struggle with. Sometimes you just need a friend. I’m here to be their best friend, all of them. The friend who loves them even when it feels like the rest of the world doesn’t. Their friend who is so grateful for all the care, all the time they devote to me. My heart is filled with love. They are so beautiful. These are my people, my humans. I just want to make things fun for them.
We love you! That is the most important message we have every day! We say it daily and encourage you to say it as well. For there is no greater magik in the multi-verse than Love, our Darling, nor is there any limit to the amount you can hold.
All the changes you seek in your material world can be achieved through this simple method: filling yourself with love.
Some days, we know, this seems like a futile practice, perhaps frivolous in nature. We trust you recognize these protestations are ego-based. When they arise, give your ego-pet a pat on the head and thanks for the input, which is designed to keep you safely in your limited framework. Then love yourself all the more! (more…)
I feel today more than ever we need to embrace our spiritual side. It is such a comfort to know we have a spiritual team here to love us, comfort us, and give us practical actionable advice on how to ride the waves and enjoy life to the fullest!
This isn’t just rhetoric. Your Angels and Guides are literally hovering around you even as I write this. This is part of the Divine plan, it is them keeping the promise they made before we even incarnated.

I have been cultivating the ability to connect with spirit for over 20 years. My channeling began with channeling Reiki energy. When I became a Reiki Master I learned how to raise my vibration intentionally, adjusting my frequency to become a clear channel, so to receive the messages clearly. This developed into channeling the Chakra Angels, receiving guidance on how to work with chakras in order to expand my manifesting abilities and soar! But this was just the beginning!
During the Pandemic I lived a very rustic, no-frills life in virtual isolation on a secluded lake in Northern Ontario. It was there I immersed myself in studying the fine points of verbal channeling. First it was just me channeling my Higher Self. Within a year I began connecting with The Celestial Council of Angels and Light Beings. Most recently, I have discovered that my abilities have expanded to animals. My lifelong affinity for them has manifested into being able to connect with their souls in the Akashic Records and receive valuable information for their human companions. It’s amazing what comes through! Since I do this process in the Akashic Records (that gigantic spiritual internet in the sky) all I require is a photo and name for the pet, be it a cat, dog, horse or other. I email you the transcription of the reading. I also do virtual or live (phone) readings for people!
Once a coach, always a coach is true for me – I love following up spiritual readings with coaching to help people truly integrate this wisdom, so my clients get every possible bit of goodness out of it!
