We are 70% water, so small wonder it has such an impact on us. But why just drink water when you can drink Power Water!
Masaru Emoto, featured in ‘What the Bleep do we know?’ is a Japanese author best known for his claims that human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water. After years of research, Emoto concluded that high-quality water forms beautiful and intricate frozen crystals, while low-quality water has difficulty forming crystals. Emoto demonstrated that positive changes to water crystals can be achieved through prayer, music, or by attaching written words to a container of water. The beautiful image to your left is a water crystal from a container that had the word ‘Love’ on it. In his experiments, water with words like ‘I hate you’ on it had distorted, ugly images. Why not put his research to work for you?
Follow these simple steps to get the most from your water:
Fill a 2 liter glass jug with the highest quality water you have access to
Tape the words ‘Love’ or ‘Joy’ to the container
Hold the jug and project thoughts of love and gratitude to it
If you know Reiki or other energy work, send that energy to the water
Select a special glass to designate as your personal water glass – crystal preferably
place crystal bracelets around the glass (or around a plastic water bottle)
Use what ever crystals resonate with you, but if you’re using a plastic water bottle, be sure to include an Amethyst bracelet to purify the water of any toxins from the plastic.
Every time you drink, say ‘thank you for this water’ With this practice, you will continue to reap the benefits of gratitude as well as the myriad benefits of drinking more water – and, depending on the crystals you choose, you’ll be infusing the water with those qualities as well.

Merry Christmas Eve! What could be a better time for you to meet the Chakra Angels?
The Chakra Angels are here, and they want to share their message with you! While I was revising my Wishful Thanking book this summer, a guide to balancing your chakras and designing your divine life through them, I began spontaneously channeling energies that identified themselves as the Chakra Angels. They informed me that in addition to our own personal Guardian Angel, we also have a Chakra Angel for each chakra. With their permission I included these channeled messages in the new Wishful Thanking; 7 Simple Steps to Abundance.
When you meet the chakra angels you’ll discover they are chameleons. You have yours and I have mine. They may appear to you as Angels, Divas, Goddesses, or Ninjas – whatever you need from her/him. I haven’t included their names because they may be different for you!
With the exception of the 7th Chakra Angel who oversees the others, mine present with fairy energy – which stands to reason, as fairies are nature angels, and our bodies are part of nature. We relate to our world through our chakras. Mine are light and playful, love to dress in ‘their’ colors and encourage me to keep my chakras balanced through play and exploration. She came through as spokes-angel for the collection, and they each also have a brief hello just for you on this day! I hope you enjoy their messages – my Christmas gift to you! Love is one thing we can all use more of – good to know you can become a magnet to love, with a little help from the Law of Attraction and crystals! By combining the power of crystals with your focus and intention, you can create the kind of relationships you truly desire!
Rose Quartz is my favorite stone for love. Not only does it encourage self love, it helps draw new love to you, or deepen existing relationships. A piece of Rose Quartz under your bed will attract new love or renew existing love relationships, depending on your intention. You can also place a piece in the Relationship corner of your home, the farthest right rear corner from the front door.
It’s also a great idea to wear rose quartz as a pendant – especially a heart shaped one – so your heart chakra is continually bathed with the beautiful energy of this loving stone. Speaking of bathing, you can place a few Rose Quartz stones in your bath and literally submerge yourself in this loving gentle energy.
Rose Quartz is also my favorite stone for healing and balancing the Heart Chakra. It’s considered to be the most important stone for both the physical heart and the heart chakra.
The Heart Chakra, located at the center of your chest, is the chakra of love, compassion, devotion and generosity. A healthy heart chakra enables you to love deeply. It fills you with gratitude for the opportunity to live life and the desire to give back. The more open your heart chakra is, the greater your capacity for love.
Rose Quartz is the crystal of peace and unconditional love. It opens the heart, teaching the true meaning of love, and brings deep healing and self love. This lovely pink stone has a calming, reassuring quality that also makes it ideal to use for traumas or crisis.
From a Law of Attraction perspective, Rose Quartz is a great stone to work with because it promotes self love. This is very important, because without self acceptance you won’t have much success attracting the things you really want — you won’t think you deserve them!
It’s also a wonderful stone to hold while doing your affirmations. Carry or wear it throughout your day to remind you of your intentions. Before you begin working with your rose quartz, it’s important to take time to cleanse it of any negative energy. No matter where you obtained your stone, you have no way of knowing the degree of negative energy it may have absorbed from the time it was mined to the time you bought it. However, cleansing and purifying your stone is easy do do. Simply hold the stone in your left (receiving) hand and cover it with your right hand. Imagine the space you’re in being filled with white healing light from the Universe. Ask that the Rose Quartz be cleansed with Universal Love and Universal Light. When you feel this is complete, it’s time to really get to know your stone. When holding it in the palm of your hand, ask to be connected with it’s highest energy. Ask it to work with you for your highest good and the highest good of all concerned, for whatever purpose you choose ( such as attracting self-love, a new mate, or renewed love with your present partner). Once you connect with one piece of Rose Quartz this way, you will automatically have the same connection with all Rose Quartz you come into contact with (though they will still need to be cleansed and purified.)

Who doesn’t want to make money fast! Combine the Law of Attraction, which is a universal law, with the energy amplifying ability of crystals and you are on the fast track to make money faster than you thought possible. Adding the power of crystals with the power of your own intention, and of course the Law of Attraction, can work magic in your life! Here’s how . . . Create wealth with this beautifully simple technique that uses the following crystals: Sun stone, Aventureine, Malechite, Citrine and Pyrite. Holding the crystals between your hands, say, “I cleanse these crystals with Universal Love. I cleanse these crystals with Universal Light. I call on the highest energy of these crystals to increase my abundance for my highest good and the highest good of all.” Once this is done, hold the intention and command aloud, “These crystals will bring opportunities into my life that will translate into increased wealth.” Place the stones into a cloth bag and put the bag where you keep your money.
