I am really enjoying Esther Hicks’ Alphabet game where she goes through the alphabet listing a positive ‘in the vortex’ word for every letter.
She prefaces each one with the words “I Am”, turning it into a powerful affirmation and clear message to the universe.
Abraham talks about how Esther uses this game before bed, as well as any time her mind is idle. I’ve recently started doing the same thing. It’s also a great way to keep your thoughts positive while out walking! I’m sharing my list here so you can play along too – please feel free to add any words of your own in the comment section!
