Nov 23 what does my soul want me to know?Good morning! Let us take a fun literal approach to this question today and talk about thing we would like you to ‘no’!
While there is never any judgement here for you – we love you so much – we would love to see you enjoy this most special time you so wanted, this time on Earth. And there are things you can do more of – and things you can do less of – that will help accomplish that.
The first thing we want you to ‘no’ is in the area of yourself. Please just say ‘no’ to self-judgement. This can be so subtle, like chastising yourself for being in your robe later or earlier than you feel you ‘should’ any given day. This would be an easy place to start!
We want you to say ‘no’ to shaming or blaming yourself for past choices, for not having yet accomplishing all the dreams you hold for yourself (you will never be done!). Say ‘no’ to comparing yourself to others and feeling lesser than (or superior to) others based on what they have or haven’t done.
Instead, we would love for you to pause and look back over your life, and acknowledge all you have become. We are so proud of you! Bless the trials that have brought you to this point. Bless those who wreaked havoc in your life, for with this blessing you release them from your energy field and heal the havoc! This simple act will free you to receiving untold blessings. Indeed, it is among the most powerful acts of self-love!
Most of all we wish for you to say ‘no’ to feeling unworthy based on what you have not yet accomplished. Or for any reason, for that matter. You are worthy because of who you are, not what you have done or will do. When you look upon a newborn babe, you do not say, ‘I like you just fine and will love you once you have proved yourself worthy and therefore lovable.’ No, you consider the babe beautiful, perfect and divine and worthy of all good things. We wish for you to see the same is true for you. And to take this one step further – speak these words to yourself in the mirror, look into your own beautiful eyes and see that you too are beautiful, perfect and divine and worthy of all good things. And know that it is true. And smile because you know you are blessed. We love you and for now we are complete.
