We are 70% water, so small wonder it has such an impact on us. But why just drink water when you can drink Power Water!
Masaru Emoto, featured in ‘What the Bleep do we know?’ is a Japanese author best known for his claims that human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water.
After years of research, Emoto concluded that high-quality water forms beautiful and intricate frozen crystals, while low-quality water has difficulty forming crystals.
Emoto demonstrated that positive changes to water crystals can be achieved through prayer, music, or by attaching written words to a container of water. The beautiful image to your left is a water crystal from a container that had the word ‘Love’ on it. In his experiments, water with words like ‘I hate you’ on it had distorted, ugly images.
Why not put his research to work for you?
Follow these simple steps to get the most from your water:
- Fill a 2 liter glass jug with the highest quality water you have access to
- Tape the words ‘Love’ or ‘Joy’ to the container
- Hold the jug and project thoughts of love and gratitude to it
- If you know Reiki or other energy work, send that energy to the water
- Select a special glass to designate as your personal water glass – crystal preferably
- place crystal bracelets around the glass (or around a plastic water bottle)
- Use what ever crystals resonate with you, but if you’re using a plastic water bottle, be sure to include an Amethyst bracelet to purify the water of any toxins from the plastic.
Every time you drink, say ‘thank you for this water’
With this practice, you will continue to reap the benefits of gratitude as well as the myriad benefits of drinking more water – and, depending on the crystals you choose, you’ll be infusing the water with those qualities as well.
I find that adding a bit of ceremony to something I normally would take for granted encourages me to drink more, and feel special doing it! Try it, and it’ll do the same for you! Let me know how you make out!

I love the look of your blog – and LUV Abraham Hicks! Seems we have a lot in common as I also am an absolute water freak! hehe. Thanks for the great post 🙂
Thanks Martina! So happy you enjoyed this post!
What a great idea Alesandria!
I am going to take this advice and pump up my water supply!
Thanks,

This is an interesting book looking at the effect negative and positive energies have upon ‘water’, and you will have heard of this book if you have seen the film ‘what the bleep do we know’. I have studied the Kabbalah for 3 years, and in it, it teaches about the power of water, and how it’s affected by energy (blessings etc) etc, so it interesting to see a study of this extraordinary claim. Water has a more complex structure than most would know I think; just look at how homeopathy works – extraordinary! The most interesting images for me show the differences between tap water all over the world, and spring water. (I’ve stopped drinking tap water – that’s all I’m going to say!). The images of the formed crystals are stunning, and the text interesting at times, especially if you have an interest in Quantum Physics at a basic level, but what you may ask, is the point? Well, as the book says, we are made up mainly of water – so what effect is our negative energies having upon our own bodies? It’s a good question! Make up your own mind…The only complaint about this book is the translation. At times it isn’t great, but it’s not bad enough to ruin the flow, just mildly irritating.
Hi, thanks for your thoughtful comment! ‘What the Bleep’ is a fascinating film I think everyone should see – I personally do believe that words like Thank You and Gratitude are very powerful, and by taping them to my water jug, it reminds me to be grateful for the gift of an abundance of clean fresh water. This results in my saying ‘thank you’ many more times a day than I would have otherwise – I think, when it comes to lifting our vibe, every little bit helps!
