Counting your blessings can be the best of all stress relief activities! Even when things aren’t going exactly as you’d prefer, you want to stay positive, to attract positive things. So, what wonders have you created in your life today?
As deliberate creators, we’re taught to keep our eyes on the prize. But that can often lead to frustration when things are taking ‘too long’ (in our opinion!) or not manifesting in quite the way it ‘should’ (again, according to us!).
We tend to forget all the wonderful things we’ve already drawn in to our lives. I was recently reminded of this with a passage from The Secret Daily Teachings, which reads as follows:
“Think of all the good things in your life. And now realize that you brought them all into your life. Your thoughts and feelings moved the energies of the Universe to bring all those good things to you. You are a powerful being.”
I found this quote so meaningful it’s now taped to my fridge where it can be a daily reminder!
It also ties in nicely with a lecture I just listened to where Law of Attraction coach Christy Whitman talked about three little questions that can change your life.
1) What do I want?
2) Why do I want it?
3) What’s the feeling of having it?
You can apply these questions to any topic to bring clarity to your true desires. These thought-provoking questions are as powerful as they are simple. But the true power comes from taking a fourth step —
Stepping into the Feeling!
This step pulls it all together. For me, stepping into the feeling means one thing — VISUALIZING!
Law of Attraction experts agree that visualization is one of the best stress relief activities most important aspects of deliberate creation. The good news is, I have created a special program to help you! It’s fun and easy, and with this program, easily mastered.
21 Days of Guided Visualizations that will super charge your manifesting skills. Each one is laser-focused to target the things you care most about!
All for just $24.99 CAD, and I want you to experience this so much I’m even covering the taxes! Simply e-transfer 24.99 CAD to reliefbeyondbelief@sympatico.ca for instant access.
Just watch a little child at play! They enter fully into the world of their imagination, making it just as real as their ‘real world’. And that, my friends, is the trick.
If you really commit to the vision of your future, drawing on all of your senses to make it feel real, and stay in that happy state, you will move all the powers of the Universe to bring your vision to fruition.
Some things take longer than others, due to it’s natural gestation period, and our deep-seated belief that they will. Should that be the case with you, it’s time to spend even more time looking at your vision board, Mind Movies, or simply contemplating how wonderful things are now that your dreams have become reality.
I find reflecting back on wonderful things I’ve already attracted into my life is a powerful way to reinforce the fact that I am a powerful creator. This is often all I need to strengthen my conviction, and to know in my heart of hearts that I can and WILL achieve my new goals. Perhaps it will do the trick for you as well!
I hope this stress relief activities post has been helpful — please feel free to comment, and to share this post any way you feel is appropriate.

This is one of the better blogs I’ve read and one I’ll return to when I need to re-align my thinking.
Thanks Linda, what a lovely thing to say!
Hi Alexandria,
I read you post with interest as I just posted something similar in my newsletter. I agree that getting the feeling of having it is very important. We can’t just live for a future event when all we are doing comes together. It’s living and feeling that vision now. We need to live in the moment with our dreams and that’s what visualizing helps us do.
Nick
Thanks Nick! I appreciate you taking the time to write. It’s so easy to focus on the destination, forgetting the journey is the main event! I’m glad you’re also sharing that with your readers — I don’t think we can hear it often enough! Have a beautiful summer day! Love & Light, Alexandria
Great article Alexandria,
Staying true to ourselves and aligning with our purpose is the reason for doing what we do, isn’t it? Focus, staying happy and appreciating where we are in the moment is part of the journey in discovering where we want to get to.
Thanks Wendy! My sentiments exactly.

Alexandria,
I loved reading your post… Thank you for sharing and reminding us that we are indeed powerful creators. I now realize that I create my world by how I react to what happens. To use a baseball analogy, I am no longer trying to hit the curve ball that life throws at me or wait for a better pitch. I transformed my thoughts into becoming the pitcher and letting GOD hit the ball out of the park for Me. This puts a stop to those deep-seated beliefs that I do not have what I want for whatever reason, and allows me the joy of appreciating the Gifts and Talents that GOD has blessed upon me. I love the idea of Visualizing – especially as a way to communicate your thought with GOD. This is especially useful for those who have trouble praying or meditating. Keeping a Vision Board or replaying that Mind Movie really helps to keep us focused.
Be Blessed!
Hi, thanks so much Vinny for taking the time to write and add such value to my blog! I love your baseball analogy, I think a lot of people will be able to relate to it, I know I do! Visualizing is such a wonderful way to bring what you want to you, placing your order with the universe. And I agree, when you focus on what you already have, and realize how blessed you already are, it frees you from feelings dissatisfaction that comes with perceived lack. As I write this I am sitting here by my pond, having just completed a list of 100 things I’m grateful for, and truly feel I do have it all now. Just to be able to experience the beauty and tranquility of nature fills my heart and nurtures my spirit – and I know this feeling of gratitude is drawing even more good things.
Love & Light, Alexandria
It’s so true!
Thanks Renee! Have an awesome day!
