Feeling Stressed? Gratitude beats stress everytime – here’s a quick video on how to make it your go-to resource! Not just for Thanksgiving weekend, but as a daily practice!
Expressing gratitude is one of the best stress relief activities you can do if you want quick results! I was inspired to record a video about practicing gratitude. Discover the difference 5 minutes can make, when you use it to focus on things you’re grateful for!
I feel it’s the most powerful practice going, and is so easy to do! I know we’re all busy people, but if you commit to spending just 5 minutes a day feeling grateful, every day, your life will turn around. But don’t take my word for it, prove it to yourself! Try this and see if you agree it’s one of the best stress relief activities!
Hi Alexandria,
Awesome advice. We all talk about stress relief, but here, you guide us to an action. Very well done! Gratitude is another catch phrase I see a lot. PRACTICING Gratitude is the key to a much calmer mindset. You know, I have a little ritual I do. Before I get out of bed in the morning. I lie there for a few moments while my body is well rested and think of all the things I am grateful for. Sometimes I say the words out loud. It brings peace to my day. Thanks for posting this.
Blessings,
Donna
Thanks Donna – that’s a great ritual to practice, I’ve done it myself and it does set a great tone for the day – actually, you inspire me to make that a daily practice – I’m going to write a big Thank You on my dresser mirror to remind me!
Hi Alexandria,
I truly appreciate the great perspective about the correlation between gratitude and stress levels.
I personally find that everything in my life is free flowing when I am working from a clear starting point. For me, clarity in the moment, now, while feeling grateful for all that supports me in this moment is an ideal place.
I have also noticed that if I’m struggling that taking simple notice for support like the ground under my feet brings a sense of clarity. There is much we may embrace in simple gratitude if we think of it.
I love the insight here, Alexandria. Thank you for shining the light for others! 🙂
Cat Alexandra
