Happy Valentine’s Day my friends! This has got to be one of my favorite ‘holidays’, because it focuses on love! If you aren’t in a relationship, indulge yourself the way you would want them to! Buy yourself the flowers and chocolate, make a special meal, or some other treat! The more love you bring into your life the more you attract to you, in every relationship!

Whether you have that special someone in your life now, or in the process of attracting them, this is a great day to let EVERYONE you love know how you feel about them. In fact why settle for just a day when we can celebrate love all month – year round for that matter!
The more you generate love in your heart, the more you’ll see it manifest in the world around you. And to think – it all began with you! So that’s where the love should also begin – with loving yourself! You absolutely have to fall in love with yourself, warts and all, before you attract someone who will love you as completely. Loving yourself unconditionally will encourage others to do the same, as well as being great training for you loving them unconditionally as well!
A great ritual to begin today — list 100 things you love and are grateful for each day (you’ll be surprised how quickly they add up!)
If you ARE in a relationship, try Abraham’s technique of listing all your favorite things about that person, like the things that attracted you in the first place. You’ll see more you like by doing this, guaranteed! Everyone loves to be appreciated – what a great gift to give! And again, share the love with yourself!
And while you’re at it, why not do an appreciation list for everyone you interact with on a regular basis? See the best in them, and they’ll show you their best.

My Soul Healing Results

Since I’ve begun offering Soul Realignment in the Akashic Records I find myself recounting my own personal soul healing success so often, I decided to dedicate a blog post to what it did for me.
What it did was nothing short of miraculous! It enabled me to leave a 31 year marriage to a narcissistic advanced alcoholic that I somehow had been unable to walk away from prior. I was able to release the karmic ties holding me to that emotionally abusive relationship and begin my life anew. A miracle!

That’s why I am so excited to be providing Soul Realignment as a service. It’s one of those rare modalities where the energetic shift can be felt immediately upon doing the clearing.
A soul realignment consists of me going into a client’s Akashic Records, creating a Soul Profile so they know exactly who they are on a soul level and what their gifts are. Happy New Year!
Don’t you just love this season? Holiday happiness lingering, strangers wishing each other a Happy New Year, friends and lovers affirming to each other that this year will be better than the last. Everything feels crisp and new – a fresh new year ahead of you, like a freshly washed chalk board, waiting for you to write your story your way and create the best year of your life.
No I haven’t forgotten the snowstorms, gray days, icy roads . . . truth be told, sometimes I think I’d rather hibernate till spring! But there are a few things I rely on to help me weather winter, so I thought I’d share them with you.
Take advantage of the freshness of this time of year – create a vision for your future to live into! Make this the year you create a vision board filled with examples of what you choose to experience in the coming year. Write out your version of your perfect year, and read it often to stay on track.
Staying active is a must! It’s your best antidote to that sluggish feeling, and balances out those extra calories. Sign up for a new class that excites you, so you won’t mind braving the elements to get there. Why not try a new yoga class, or something more active like pilates or belly dancing. You can sample them right here on this blog!
We don’t get as much sun as we’re used to, so it’s a good idea to deliberately get out in it as much as you can. A brisk walk will rejuvenate you, or you can take a tip from cats; bask in sun streaming through a window and breathe in the light.
Even if you haven’t seen the sun in days, be assured its still there, and try not to let the weather dictate your mood. Maybe invest in a light box to give you a boost.
If you haven’t already, winter is a great time to establish a meditation practice. It just seems to come naturally this time of year. Like flower bulbs planted in the fall, we too need time to be still and allow our seeds of thought to take root and grow strong before sprouting to the surface.
The stillness of winter encourages being more mindful of our thoughts. Remember, good thoughts make good things grow! What you put out there will echo back to you, guaranteed! Are your thoughts helping or hindering you?

Best Stress Relief Activities

One of my favorite Best Stress Relief Activities is hanging out with friends and family!


Got a big dream? Awesome! One thing about goals and dreams – as exciting as they are, they can easily become a source of stress – one of the best stress relief activities to counter-act this is one of my favorite Abraham techniques – acting ‘as if’. (More on this Here)

For example, let’s say your goal is to reach and maintain your goal weight. Maybe this was even your New Year’s resolution – only the opposite seems to be happening. Your clothes are getting tighter, not looser, and panic is starting to set in.
You see others your age also struggling with weight, and you begin to wonder if you can really achieve this goal, or if you should just shop for bigger clothes! This can be very stressful. Being stressed makes you reach for goodies, and though they taste good in the moment, you know where those calories are going to end up! More stress!
The way to combat this, and stop that stress in it’s tracks, is to use the power of your imagination to generate the feelings you believe you’ll have then, now. Not only is this one of my favorite of the best stress relief activities, it’s a tried & true Law of Attraction technique for creating what you really want in life.
