Training your mind is one of the key stress relief activities.
Let’s tackle the topic of success – it can be a pretty loaded one, that can stress you out just thinking about it. So let’s get it working for you, rather than against you.
What does success mean to you? Are you successful now? Have you taken the time to define the perimeters of your individual success? Or are you the impatient child in the backseat of the family car, chanting ‘are we there yet?’
I recently did a Law of Attraction abundance course that asked me to journal all the successes I experienced throughout the course. In doing so, I realized how subtle many of them were. Subtle – so much so I might not recognize them at first glance, but successes nonetheless. One was my realization of what an effective stress coping strategies listing successes is!
Naturally, my ego wanted big splashy events to document. Sudden cash windfalls, the sort of thing I’d really want to celebrate. But as a deliberate creator, I know the key is to celebrate ALL successes, big and small. After all, the small ones can add up in a big way, especially when they get the grand treatment usually reserved for big events!
So, are you successful? What determines who is and who isn’t? Success is pretty subjective after all. The good news is, you get to decide! This is what makes it one of the great stress coping strategies. What you need is a road map of sorts, so you can establish where you are now and see what has to occur to get you where you want to go. This allows you to really hold the vision of what you desire, and keeps stress at bay.
One Law of Attraction technique (I walk you through this in my Wishful Thanking Program) that’s a great stress relief activities is to write your ideal for each primary area of your life. Not only does this help you create a clear picture for your visualization process, it helps you really take stock, so you can clearly see what needs to happen for you to consider yourself a success.
It’s also vitally important to recognize that success for you is unique to you. Success for one person could mean getting their book #1 on Amazon, whereas someone might consider it a huge success just to get it written.
Is it really important to you to have a million dollars in the bank, or do you feel successful with less money, more peace?
The truth is you can be happy now, regardless of your life situation. Simply choosing to be happy for no reason, no matter what, will put you in the vibration of success, enabling more success of all kinds to make their way to you, through the Law of Attraction. More success, less stress – what more could you ask?
I really recommend the daily practice of listing your successes, large and small, at the end of the day. Give this a try, and watch your successes multiply! Then when someone says, are you successful, your answer will be a resounding YES!
Drop me a line and let me know how these stress relief activities work for you!
