The Law Of Attraction Works – Creating Your Happiness Grid
The Law of Attraction works best when you use it consistently – fortunately there’s a fun, easy new way to create happiness. Abraham’s latest process is the easiest by far – it just requires moments of focused thought. Abraham explains it well in this video.
The idea of a grid is creating a foundation and container for the emotions you want to experience, then letting Law of Attraction fill it in with wonderful experiences that match the vibration of those emotions. You might like to imagine the frame of a house as your grid, or your own skeleton. But don’t get too bogged down in the details of what your grid looks like – the main thing is the feelings!
I like to start my day by creating an overall grid for my day, right after my morning meditation.
I start by saying “I want to feel good,” then fill the next minute or so building on other emotions I want to feel, drawing on inspiration I’ve received from Abraham grid videos on youtube. Things like, “I want to feel ease. I want to feel comfortable in my skin. I want to feel secure. I want to feel happy.” I keep this up for at least a minute – which is very easy to do, because the Law of Attraction works to bring more similar thoughts to me.
You can create grids for every area of your life – a money grid, romance grid, healthy body grid, whatever has your attention at the moment. Whichever grid you choose, you can expect good things to begin flowing to you in all areas of your life, because as you raise your vibration in one area it naturally spills over into the others.
