Metta Beginners Meditation

This Metta Meditation is a wonderful way to bring more peace and harmony into your life. Metta is Sanskrit for ‘loving kindness’.

I love this beginners meditation because in it, we also extend loving thoughts to people we love, then we extend it to everyone on the planet, as well as the Earth herself.

Use this Metta beginners meditation any time of day. It’s especially helpful if you’re concerned about a person or situation. With Metta meditation, you’ll be sending positive energy, rather than worrying about them/it, which is sending negative energy.

        Today’s news from you was also accompanied by a note from my Colorado daughter inviting me for a week of hiking and other Rocky Mountain highs in September -
